Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund for items returned within 14 days of delivery (28 days for international customers), providing items are returned in their original condition, with no marks or blemishes and in their original packaging with no make up or tan marks. Items not returned in this condition will not be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery.

Dresses must be returned with all labels attached and with their original seal intact. 

The buyer must pay in full for returns at their expense. We recommend choosing a method with an adequate level of cover equalling the cost of the item, as we are unable to take any responsibility for lost items or those which may become damaged in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for the item until it is safely received and inspected by a member of our team. 

Once the item has been received and inspected, eligible returns will be processed as soon as possible.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery.
